Carpin marquis school glides provide a classic look to school desks and chairs, and are available with various top fittings to accommodate all furniture styles and designs. All marquis school glides are manufactured from superior grade steel with a nickel or zinc plated finish, equipped with angled spring clips made of tempered steel that install easily then bite into the ID of the tube to resist unwanted glide removal.
These products are available without a ferrule to provide a clean minimalist look, or with a ferrule to decoratively conceal the cut edge and provide added lateral stability.
Carpin also offers small marquis school glides that are attractively designed for narrow diameter tubing, typically 7/8” diameter or less.

Marquis School Glides with Bumper Ferrule
Bumper ferrule provides protection to the end of the chair leg from when the chair makes contact with the table base or a wall. And the bumper on the glide allows scratch free stacking of chairs- the glides if the stacked chair will not damage the paint or plating on the legs of the bottom chair.
