Carpin offers various plastic threaded inserts that convert the end of a metal tube into a receptacle capable of accepting threaded stems or rods in standard sizes ranging from 1/4-20 up to 3/8-16.
Our plastic threaded inserts are manufactured with a high quality plastic base along with a nut/receptacle that is made of either plastic or metal.
In addition to standard plastic threaded inserts, Carpin also designs and manufactures custom designed products. Shown below is a just small sampling of our custom design, manufacturing, and assembly capabilities to produce all sorts of plastic threaded inserts.
